SERENA RHUMAN

President | Fortified Property Solutions

Originally from Redding, California, Serena relocated to Idaho’s Treasure Valley at a young age and quickly fell in love with its small-town feel and strong sense of community. Today, she and her husband, Chris, are raising four teenagers on their growing farm—complete with dogs, ducks, and more animals on the way. When she’s not working, Serena loves escaping to the mountains with her family to camp, ride Rzrs, or kayak.

Serena began her property management career as a front desk coordinator and quickly moved through the ranks, eventually becoming a Regional Manager overseeing large-scale renovations. Now as President of Fortified Property Solutions, she leads the operations team with a focus on growth, efficiency, and performance.

Currently earning her degree in Business Administration with a leadership focus, Serena is passionate about raising the bar in property management. Her goal is to build a thriving, people-first company culture and manage over 10,000 units in the next five years—all while creating one of the best places to work in the industry.

Anna got her start in property management while attending Auburn University, where a part-time leasing job sparked a passion for the industry. After earning her B.A. in Political Science and Paralegal Certification, she continued to grow in the field—working her way through roles from leasing consultant to property manager.

As Head of Operations at FPS, Anna now focuses on the systems side of things—utility oversight, financial reviews, and transitioning properties into software. She’s currently expanding her knowledge in affordable housing to better support FPS’s growing portfolio.

Originally from Fort Payne, Alabama, Anna now lives in Huntsville with her boyfriend James and their rescue pup, Haley. In her free time, she enjoys painting, trivia nights, and discovering new music. She loves the Southern hospitality and small-town charm of her community—and brings that same warmth and dedication to her work every day.

Samantha is originally from Rockford, Washington, where her family runs a wheat farm that’s been in the family for over 120 years, along with a wedding venue that's been welcoming guests for the past 25 years. After a few years living in Boise, she returned home to be closer to family and now lives on the farm with her oversized, lovable dog Jax—a Lab/Caucasian Shepherd mix with a big personality.

Her property management journey started unexpectedly when she visited her sister at work and was told, “You’re starting Monday—just don’t wear your Uggs.” Since then, she’s held roles from leasing consultant to assistant and property manager, with a brief stint in regional support. Now, as Marketing Manager for FPS, Samantha brings creativity and strategy together to tell the story of each property and connect with communities in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors—fishing, hiking, camping, or spending time with family and her pup. She’s currently taking marketing courses to sharpen her skill set and is focused on mastering her role while helping grow the FPS brand with authenticity and heart.

Heather was born and raised in Boise and returned to the Treasure Valley after college in Billings, Montana to be closer to family. She now lives in Star, Idaho with her husband, two sons—Luke and Lincoln—and their goofy Golden Retriever, Simba. Her family is her world, and they love spending time outdoors, skiing, golfing, and staying active in youth sports.

Heather got into property management through a friend’s recommendation and quickly found her niche in finance. She enjoys being part of an industry that supports something as essential as housing and is constantly learning and growing. One of her goals is to fine-tune her skills in property accounting and eventually pursue a CPA.

Her advice to anyone entering the field? Stay adaptable—this industry is always evolving.

Born and raised in Idaho, Baylee is a proud Boise High School graduate with deep roots in the Treasure Valley. She married her high school sweetheart, Kasen, in 2022, and while they don’t have kids yet, they spend most of their time surrounded by their close-knit family. Outside of work, Baylee enjoys making candles, cooking, paddle boarding, and soaking up time with loved ones.

Baylee got her real estate license at just 20 years old and quickly discovered that property management offered the structure and people-centered environment she was looking for. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly advanced to Regional Leasing Manager, where she now leads with a passion for connection and results.

With a strong background in sales—including holding the highest sales in her district during high school—Baylee brings energy, strategy, and heart to her role. She’s a licensed real estate agent, NAR member, and a certified graduate of Buffini & Company’s “The Pathway to Mastery” program. Baylee is always seeking new ways to elevate the leasing experience and help her teams thrive.
